Are all the products on your site new?

Yes.  Every product we ship is new and comes direct from the manufacturer with the full manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?

That depends on where you are located and whether or not the item is in stock.  The average order, with all items available arrives at its destination within 5-7 business days.  Items not in stock may take 2-3 weeks.  Once you place your order and choose your shipping method you can check your order status online, as well as print an invoice on our online status page.

What is your refund policy?

What warranties do you offer?

All warranties are serviced by the manufacturer of the product, and are not serviced by Kitchen Witch.  Please consider the extended warranty options for additional protection from the manufacturer.

How do your prices compare to other stores?

Kitchen Witch strives to stay competitive in the kitchenware industry. Our prices are comparable to our competitors, but if you find a product at a lower cost elsewhere we would be happy to match it. What you gain by purchasing from us is a trustworthy, knowledgeable staff that will help you with any questions you may have and not try to oversell you. We hear a lot about the few mishaps in the system, but you don’t often hear about the millions of transaction that take place flawlessly every day over the internet.  To date, we have had no reports of any security problems with any of our customers.
